- Those with a net worth of $1 million or more, excluding their primary residence or
- Have a gross income of $200,000, or if married, $300,000

- Business trusts
- Individual trusts
- Entities composed of individuals who qualify as Accredited Investors
Most of these organizations must have assets in excess of $5,000,000.*

Investing Through Self-Directed Retirement Accounts
You can also invest in real estate and our company using self-directed IRAs. Please don’t overlook this option because the tax savings can be quite significant.
By using self-directed IRAs, you may be able to defer until retirement any tax consequences that could result from the interest or profits you receive from your investments with us. If you invest using self-directed Roth IRAs, any profits or income you receive may be tax free. These are the same tax advantages you would receive when investing in stocks or bonds in traditional retirement accounts.
